We have furnished these rooms with antiques and the amenities include A/C, refrigerator, and coffee maker. They offer full size appliances as well as a kitchen table. The 2 double beds are in a separate room with a full bath. The unit is completely air conditioned. The motel faces east allowing our guests afternoon shade while enjoying the seating outside the room. Guests are asked to leave the kitchen in the condition it was found in or a cleaning fee with be assessed. For our guests with boats there is ample space to park your boat in front of the unit and leave it coupled.
